Can I just tell you that I just made these two nights in a row?!  Of course I can, and I just did…and I seriously did make them two nights in a row.  It was my husband’s request!  We had a few left over fritters from the previous night and some steak from even a different dinner that I didn’t want to go bad, so I just figured, left overs it is!  There weren’t enough vegetable fritters, so I just made more! Happy Friday!  Happy weekend!  Here’s to the freakin weekend.  Wow, I’m sure we can all agree that I’m excited for the weekend!  I LOVE this salad!  My husband and I both had this salad for dinner and both were full, so it’s a perfect well-balanced, protein-fueled meal.  I made double, so I can have leftover for lunches this weekend.  Yum!  Maybe that’s why I’m excited for the weekend. Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice with KitchenAid Citrus Juicer Attachment

There’s nothing like a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice, especially when you actually picked the oranges off of an orange tree, instead of placing them in a plastic baggie and weighing them at the grocery store.  My husband drinks orange juice like kids drink milk.  Kids drink milk, right?  I did, like it was going out of style.  I drank so much milk when I was younger, I was given the nickname “Milk-Bucket” from my dad.  I actually never drink milk anymore…funny.
