I went on a jog yesterday, just 3 miles, and felt so good after! It’s been a while since I popped in my headphones and took a jog around the neighborhood. My form of workout is Crossfit. I go about 4 days a week. I LOVE crossfit, everything about it – the community, the movements, the group classes, how every workout is different, are just a few of the many things I love about it. This meal is perfect if you are just wanting to eat meat and vegetables, because it is not boring just meat and vegetables. Sometimes having just a chicken breast and some steamed vegetables is just not that satisfying. I’m always thinking of new ways to cook and combine the two together to make is more exciting. I love any recipe that includes using a crock pot. Crock pot = easy. I like easy. This recipe is great for food prepping for the work week. Make a large batch of it to eat throughout the week and you’re good to go. Shredded chicken tacos, chicken salad sandwich, mixed in a salad, in a quesadilla…really the ideas are endless.
