HONEY PEACHES AND CREAM, CHOCOLATE ALMOND BUTTER, COCONUT CHIP, OH MY!
I love ice cream.  Like, LOVE.  I’m always craving something cold and creamy, especially in the evenings for dessert, and I always go for a bowl of ice cream.  Or frozen yogurt, OR, this deliciously, amazing, thigh friendly, banana “ice cream”!

I made all 3 flavors on a Monday, to have throughout the week for a nighttime treat.  I ended up throwing half of it away at the end of the week, so if you do make this, only make 1-2 flavors.  I doubled my ingredients I use to make smoothies, for this “ice cream”, thinking each flavor would last me 2 nights.  The nice thing about having it in “ice cream” form, is you tend to not put as much in your bowl and eat as much.  Lesson learned!
HONEY PEACHES AND CREAM
what you need:
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1 diced peach

what you do:

  1. Throw everything in a blender, blend until thick, creamy, and smooth.
  2. Pour ingredients in a parchment lined container.   (I used loaf pans)  Try at big spoonful at that time, delicious!
  3. Seal the top.  ( I used parchment paper with a rubber band.)
  4. Store in the freezer, enjoy after a few hours, once it is frozen.

*Keeps for 3-4 days.  Let sit out for about 10 minutes before scooping it so it softens a bit.
